Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory in designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by updating tracking systems as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks or delivery vehicles as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements - Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and basic logistics processes.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy items (up to company-specified limits).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and communication skills for tracking inventory and coordinating tasks.
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including cold, heat, or noise.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if required).
- Flexible schedule availability, including potential weekend or evening shifts.
