Mission Health - 1112 Southeast Republican Avenue - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care; Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; Perform range of motion exercises as needed; Observe and report changes in residents' condition, attitude, appetite, or behavior; Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow facility policies and procedures
