The Banquet Manager is responsible for assuring the success of all banquet events, while maintaining a profitable operation and high-quality products and service levels. They are expected to deliver an exceptional event experience, ensure cross departmental communication, train and develop staff, and meet budgeted productivity. Essential Functions: Plan for and execute an exceptional event experience. Schedule accordingly to meet the operational and budgetary requirements of the department.
