Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns; Monitor visitor, customer, and/or employee activity within the location and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to site leadership; Support access control, closing procedures, and/or other site post orders while maintaining a professional presence and assisting with routine security-related needs
