Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational concerns such as unsecured access points, then report findings through appropriate channels.; Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with access control, and following post orders for security-related incidents.
