Acknowledgements Associate

As an Acknowledgements Associate, you will prepare outgoing mail by operating multiple machines, ensuring materials are accurate, properly printed, and meet client specifications. You will support production goals by maintaining quality standards, keeping equipment in proper condition, and contributing to an efficient, fast-paced mail production environment.

Your Impact:

  • Operate machines used for folding letters, stamping envelopes, and preparing mail trays
  • Pick and pack items for fulfillment according to client requirements
  • Sort mail through tray breakdown processes
  • Confirm mail is printed on the correct client-specified letterhead
  • Print work on client-specified materials while ensuring acceptable print quality
  • Perform periodic checks to ensure machines are operating properly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Communicate issues or concerns promptly to management
  • Support daily production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work times
  • Work overtime, including Saturdays, during periods of mail volume fluctuations
  • Navigate between departments (100600 ft) approximately 95% of the time
  • Remain on the production floor until scheduled break times
  • Work at a desk approximately 5% of the time
  • Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Perform additional duties as required
