CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and commercial property claims in Topeka and surrounding Northeast Kansas communities. This field-based position offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and the backing of a supportive, knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site property inspections for wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered losses.
• Prepare clear and detailed estimates using Xactimate.
• Capture thorough documentation with high-quality photos and accurate reports.
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives.
• Manage claims efficiently to meet deadlines and carrier standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Xactimate.
• Strong understanding of property damage assessment and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Kansas or designated home state adjuster license.
• Preferred: 2+ years of field adjusting experience.
