Compensation: Competitive flat rate pay, based on experience

Overview:
Briggs Auto is seeking a dependable and motivated Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of hands-on experience who's ready to build their skill-set in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair work including brakes, suspension, fluid services, and light engine work
• Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems
• Accurately complete repair orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards
• Participate in training opportunities to continue skill development

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of automotive repair experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of basic automotive systems
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
