This position will be responsible for leading scrum ceremonies, organizing and motivating software development teams to deliver software that provides exceptional business value to users.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as extensive knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. Agile certifications a plus: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analyst, and QA personnel.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira for managing work tasks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely and household setup conducive to remote work.
