Our production positions work in one or more areas of the manufacturing process to ensure that we meet the expectations of our customers in the areas of production, timeliness, and quality of the film we produce. This position works in our Viscose Manufacturing, Casting or Coating Department. Standard schedule includes rotating 12-hour shifts working 3 or 4 days per week. Shifts rotate between nights and days every 28 days.
• Monitor and maintain control of production equipment in assigned areas
• Perform quality checks in the manufacturing process and report issues
• Enter data onto computers and log sheets
• Operate hoists in selected areas
• Prepare quality samples consistently in a timely manner
• Perform job duties such as tracking, recording, measuring and adjusting machine performance
• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures in assigned department
• Other duties as assigned

We make NatureFlex and Cellophane packaging films. These are biodegradable and compostable products to help reduce plastic pollution around the world! Since they are made from renewable wood pulp as a raw material, we essentially make transparent paper. Check out the process here.
