Mechanical Assembly Tester

Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to work with innovative agricultural equipment? We are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Tester to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Build wire harnesses and extensions using specifications from drawings for the agricultural spraying industry.
• Make precise mechanical and electrical connections per written instructions.
• Hook up circuit boards to program and test them, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Follow diagrams to set up complete systems of harnesses and components, testing functionality.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including occasional soldering.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Inspect your work to eliminate defects and enhance product quality.
• Use computer systems and testing equipment to ensure proper operation.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, schedules, and manuals.
• Knowledge of testing equipment and basic computer use.
• Experience or knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and manual dexterity.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity; ability to sit or stand for long periods.
