The City of Topeka's Police Department is seeking a dedicated individual to serve as a Police Records Clerk. This position is responsible for managing criminal history documents created by the Police Department - to include police reports, crash reports, misdemeanor warrants and licensing. This position will work closely with police officers, detectives, other law enforcement partners and public safety agents.
This position will require teamwork and non-traditional hours, which includes city-designated holidays and weekends. The office is open 24-hours, with four different shifts. This position will be a part of the night shift team and will work three 12-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week, which will result in 15 to 16 actual workdays each month!

Entry Rate of Pay: $17.62 - $18.44 per hour, DOQ plus an extra 75 per hour for night shift hours.
