About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Digital Engagement to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will focus on generating new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and driving repeat business. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager, an excellent communicator, and a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in B2B campaign and event planning.

The Manager, Digital Engagement reports to the Director, Strategic Brand and Client Engagement and can be based out of our home office in Topeka, Kansas, or our Overland Park, KS location. We work a hybrid schedule, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to market segments, driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Recommend and present campaign strategy briefs that translate into detailed tactical plans aligned with buyer journeys and segment needs.
    • Ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution across multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, social, events, paid media).
  • Event & Trade Show Management
    • Manage digital campaigns for events/tradeshows with coordinators, messaging, and post-show lead management.
    • Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure event leads are effectively nurtured into the pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with product marketing, sales, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment of messaging, content, and campaign timing.
    • Drive seamless integration of campaigns across channels, ensuring consistency of brand voice and customer experience.
    • Manage external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to deliver high-quality campaign execution.
  • Campaign Measurement & Optimization
    • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing updates to stakeholders.
    • Constantly monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, refining strategies to optimize performance.
    • Track and analyze KPIs including pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and engagement metrics.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in B2B campaign and event planning management.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience managing events and trade show campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, processes, and demand generation.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; self-starter mindset.
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign measurement, analytics, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, and Google Analytics (required).
  • Experience with Slack (preferred).
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • A strong track record of leading successful financial services B2B marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Passion for optimizing campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking.
  • A collaborative team player who is approachable, reliable, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and within cross-functional teams.
