Responsibilities

As an Equipment Operations Specialist, you will support intermodal yards in efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting shipping containers using a variety of tools and machinery. This role may involve operating hostlers, cranes, top loaders, and side loaders.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Dependable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs
• Able to climb ladders and stairs on and off railcars
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, physical examination, and drug screening
• Compliance with Federal Rail Administration safety standards is mandatory; therefore, cannabis use is strictly prohibited. If applicable, successful drug screening is required to secure the position.
