(Preferred proficiency)What you will do* Coordinate and maintain effective office procedures and efficient workflows.* Participate in and coordinate conferences and meetings. Provide correspondence and various project-oriented duties.* Post gifts to donor software, process campaign pledges, post payroll deductions, generate pledge status reports to for reconciliation, prepare bank deposits and check deposit scans and process invoices.* Manage Board Portal and oversee operation of Foundation office.* Manage programs responsible for providing for direct patient needs including Care Line, Dr. Lee Fund, Charity Bridge Program and others that may be established in the future.* Manage and track scholarship, education and program and equipment requests for funding and provide reports, as needed.* Coordinates SV Charitable Contributions Committee activities including completion of requests, convening of Committee members, notification of decisions, payment of invoices and coordination of SV staff attending sponsored events.* Continuing Education Committee by compiling information from Continuing Education Grant Applications, presenting the information to the Committee and providing historical details about previous grant approvals and monies spent so that decisions can be made on current applications.
