Key Job Duties and Responsibilities. The Transportation Driver provides residents transportation to and from appointments and/or activities in a safe and courteous manner at all times. The following is a general list of key job duties and responsibilities in your position. Comply with the Communitys personnel, safety and corporate policies and procedures. Comply with the nursing departments policies and procedures. Report witnessed allegations of resident abuse/neglect immediately to the Executive Director. Treat residents, family members, visitors, and team members with dignity and respect. Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and family information. Report to work on time and as scheduled. Secure passengers wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize during transport.
