This is a full-time legal assistant position in a fast-paced, high-volume agency/law firm. Our office requires specialized skillsets and offers you the detailed on-the-job training you need. Daily tasks will include data entry, preparing and distributing documents and correspondence, as well as handling inbound customer relation phone calls regarding cases.

Responsibilities
•Prepare, maintain, and distribute paperwork, reports, and other documents.
•Learn and implement legal policies and procedures to navigate cases through the legal environment.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
•Job requires a specialized skillset; therefore, we will provide on-the-job training.
•Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers.
•Improve skill sets through employee development programs
•Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
•Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
•Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
Qualifications
•Two years of office experience or an associate's degree
•Detail-oriented and efficient in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite as well as being open to being trained on our in-house systems.
•A desire to use critical thinking skills in demanding situations with confidence in ability and training.
•Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, multi-task, and make good decisions in accordance with laws and legal ethics.
•Willingness to work well with others and communicate effectively with clients, peer staff, supervisors, and attorneys.
•Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
•High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
•Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
•Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
•Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
