This position is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of the foundation of each dental case. Join National Dentex- a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, NDX Heumann, located in Topeka, KS, is seeking to fill a Data Entry Clerk position. Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training!

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting with opening and inspecting cases. Distribute cases to the appropriate department.
• Answer phone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times when necessary.
• Assist in packing cases for shipment.
• Scan work ticket, prescription and all supporting documents.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Computer skills- email, MS Word, Excel
• Must be able to type and use 10-key
• Experience answering multi-line phone system
• Must be able to alphabetize
• Attention to detail

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
