Responsibilities:
The essential function of this position is to work in partnership with CSS staff to provide clinical support and direction in meeting treatment needs of persons served, providing clinical oversight and input in the treatment plan process, updating clinical documentation, and ensure effective and efficient delivery of care in compliance with state, federal, and grant expectations. Provide a strength based clinical approach to case conceptualization and treatment implementation. Provide coverage for immediate needs within the CSS programs as needed.
Requirements:
This position requires a Master's degree in a Human Services field meeting the requirements of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Case Management experience, preferably with the severe and persistently mentally ill population. Has the ability to teach, train, and model professional skills and behavior. Has a thorough knowledge of community resources. A valid Kansas driver's license and proof of auto insurance is necessary as the position requires providing transportation to persons served. In addition, the individual must be able to pass DMV, KBI, DCF Child Abuse and DCF Adult Abuse Registry checks.

Pay: $58,259.00 - $87,376.00 per year
