Role Overview

The Sales Director will lead the expansion of our client base via strategic cold calling and relationship-building with small to medium-sized businesses. Responsibilities include mastering the sales process, training new team members, and managing a personal portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a diverse client portfolio by engaging with decision-makers.
  • Utilize B2B cold calling to connect with potential clients.
  • Lead in-field training to motivate and educate new recruits.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Mentor and support new sales representatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Manage customer inquiries, respond to communications, and set appointments.
  • Participate in team meetings and proactively reach out to new and existing clients.
  • Manage your working hours and build your own book of business.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement provided)
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience; candidates close to degree completion or with relevant outside sales experience are considered.
