Job Description:We're looking to hire a FLOATING APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in Topeka Kansas! This is a full-time permanent position. Required for this role: Local travel, drivers license, background check and drug screen. We're seeking someone with apartment or residential maintenance experience who has an EPA certification and knows there way around repairing residential HVAC systems.
