**Job Summary**

We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Copilot Solutions Architect to lead the design of AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric integration. In this role, you will be the "AI Innovation & Automation Architect," driving the adoption ofcutting-edgeAI technologies to enhance enterprise productivity and workflows.

This position is a remote position with Home Office setup as determined by SHI management.

**Responsibilities**

_Include, but not limited to:_

+ Presales Engagement

+ Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, goals, and pain points.

+ Design and present tailored solution solutions, addressing business and technical needs.

+ Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate current environments andidentifyopportunities for modernization.

+ Create comprehensive technical proposals, including solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, and cost estimates.

+ Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs and businessobjectives.

+ Drive revenue growth within the professional services team byidentifyingnew opportunities andoptimizingservice offerings.

+ Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio Expertise:

+ Design and architect AI solutions that integrate Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities.

+ Develop strategies for leveraging LLMs and AI agents to automate complex tasks and enhance user experiences.

+ Customize and extend Copilot functionalities to meet specific enterprise needs.

+ Azure AI Expertise:

+ Design AI/ML solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI Service.

+ Architect AI agents using LLMs and related technologies.

+ Design retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance LLM performance.

+ EstablishMLOpspractices for AI model deployment and monitoring.

+ Microsoft Fabric Integration:

+ Design AI solutions thatleveragedata from Microsoft Fabric.

+ Integrate Copilot and Copilot Studio with Fabric data and analytics workloads.

+ Utilize Fabric data to improve the performance of LLM-based applications.

+ Synergistic Collaboration:

+ Collaborate with the Data & AI Solutions Architect to access andutilizedata from Fabric for AI/ML workloads.

+ Work with the Data Governance Architect to ensure AI/ML modelscomply withdata governance policies.

+ Act as the expert on LLMs and AI agent development within the Microsoft ecosystem.

+ Client Engagement:

+ Conduct client discovery sessions to understand their AI and automation needs.

+ Develop and present compelling proposals and demonstrations thatshowcasethe value of Copilot-enhanced AI solutions.

+ Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy and implementation.

**Qualifications**

Experience:

+ Minimum10+ years of experience in data science and AI/ML solution development and deployment.

+ Minimum2+ years of experience inGenAIsolution development and deployment.

+ Deepexpertisein Microsoft Azure AI services, including Copilot and Copilot Studio.

+ Experience developing and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications.

+ Strong presales experience, with a focus on AI solutions and automation.

+ Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field;Master'sdegree preferred.

**Required Skills**

Technical Skills:

+ Expertisein Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

+ Proficiencyin Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI Service.

+ Strong understanding of LLMs and AI agent development.

+ Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG).

+ Experience withMLOpspractices.

+ Understanding of Microsoft Fabric.

+ Soft Skills:

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Certifications Required**

Microsoft Certifications:

+ Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

+ Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)

**Unique Requirements**

+ Travel to internal meetings as needed, up to 10%

**Additional Information**

+ The estimated annual pay range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
