Job Description: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Kansas (RMHC) is looking for an outgoing, organized, productive, and ethical individual for a management level position responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including managing incoming and outgoing funds, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.

A Day in the Life as Director of Business Operations: As the primary person who manages the day-to-day financial and business operations of Topeka's Ronald McDonald House, you will maintain financial accounts and invoices, process accounts payable/accounts receivable, prepare bank deposits, manage data, produce financial reports, and supervise an Administrative Assistant. As part of the RMHC Management team, you will be involved in policy development, senior-level support for day-to-day operations, team building and leadership, and fundraising.
Director of Business Operations Qualifications: To be successful in this position, you will need to be compassionate, ethical, and motivated to lead efforts to meet the RMHC mission. You will also need to have a few important skills. You should be well organized, able to effectively manage your time and confidential information, knowledgeable about accounting principles, and highly proficient in computer operations and data management.
