The Packaging Assembler will be responsible for the assembly/packaging of all finished products that Timilon offers for distribution.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• The Packaging Assembler will assemble FAST-ACT® decontamination mitts to quality standards and specifications. This includes filling mitts with powder, heat sealing, folding, and packaging.
• The Packaging Assembler will assemble air filter cartridges to quality standards and specifications. This includes filling hexacombs, papering hexacombs, framing filter cartridges, bagging and labeling.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to produce materials for sale and testing.
• Observe equipment operation as well as process flows and suggest improvements to optimize production capabilities.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are kept clean, safe, and organized.
• Perform auxiliary functions as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in an assembly line role preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• May require a respirator.
