What to Expect / A Day in the Life:

• You'll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team working in our North Topeka manufacturing facility.
• Expect a fast-paced but structured environment where safety and quality come first.
• You'll collaborate daily with engineers, machinists, and technicians to meet production and project goals.
• This is a full-time, onsite role, typically Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime requirements.
• You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment and play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of industry-leading machines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Range: $20.44-$21.79/hour (depending on experience and role)

Requirements

• Are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively and work well on a team.
• Bring experience in maintaining inventory records, power tool operation, team building, and heavy machinery operation: (cranes, forklifts, and aerial lifts.).
• GED required
• OSHA 10 preferred
