We are seeking motivated and hardworking laborers to join our self-perform crew. This role involves hands-on construction tasks in commercial projects, ensuring the successful completion of high-quality work while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

Salary Range: $17-25/hour depending on skills and experience

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Perform general construction tasks, including site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (i.e. carpenters) in various tasks.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Take direction from the foreman or supervisor and complete tasks promptly.
  • Contribute to the team's success by being reliable and willing to learn.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with basic tools and construction methods is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Complete and pass pre-employment drug testing, background check, and physical capacity profile
